Update
So far I have my level constructed and I am currently in the process of applying the decals (cave paintings) to the cave walls. I scrapped the modular wall, well, I have still used them but I have not used them as modular pieces, I created a boulder to cover up where the pieces of wall were intersecting...which turned out to be in quite a lot of places. I think it looks good, even if I did spend a bit of time getting the wall to be a seamless model.
over the past week, I have been trying to get a menu working, (https://docs.unrealengine.com/latest/INT/Engine/UMG/QuickStart/4/index.html) using that link, I managed to get the play button and quit, options and return all working but the menu itself didn't disappear after I had pressed play. So I have had to get rid of it all and replace it with a simple blueprint allowing the player to exit using "Esc"...but that it more for my benefit now. It would have been nice to include a menu though.
